During the teachers' employment exam, students will be tested on their suitability and enthusiasm for the job and practical leadership ability through essays and interviews. In this lecture on essay strategies, students gain practical insights into how to compose an essay, and deepen their understanding of their own educational outlook.

実践的に論文を執筆することで、学校現場で実際に起きている様々な問題に対して、学習指導要領や教育答申に基づきつつ、自身の考えを伝える訓練をする。その中で自分の課題を発見する。
