１９C以降の近代都市で都市計画が必要とされてきた背景、社会的合意を取りつつ作り出されてきた計画技術の理解を踏まえたうえで、現代都市の都市計画上の課題を自分なりに挙げられる様になること。

Students are able to describe, to a reasonable extent, the urban planning issues facing contemporary cities, based on an understanding of the reasons urban planning has been considered necessary in modern cities since the 19th century and the techniques that have been used to plan cities while securing public consensus.
