・問いをもつとすぐインターネットで検索して「答え」を見つけるのではなく、テキスト批評の方法と財政学・公共経済学というプリズムを通して、身近な財政問題を「問うこと」そして「問いを長く持ち続ける」習慣を身につける。

・社会に出ても困らないように、一つの答えにとらわれず、常に財政学・公共経済学を含む様々な視点から自分で考え、答えを導きだそうとする姿勢を身につける。

・必要最低限のノウハウを身につけ、数学が苦手な人でも使えるユーザー・フレンドリーな統計ソフト（stata,R,excell）の恩恵を活用して、実証分析の基礎知識を学び、驚き、感動する成功体験を積む。

This course has been organized by applying knowledge from financial science and public economics in combination with textual criticism skills for the purpose of developing the competency to ask questions about financial issues closely related to everyday life and to continue asking questions. It also looks to address the recent issue of becoming too dependent on Internet search for immediate answers to any questions.
