学生の主体性を引き出すための課題発見、課題解決能力の育成を、企業等が直面する課題を具体的に学生に検討させることにより、情報収集、議論、報告、内省と他者評価などのグループ活動を通して、自ら考え、行動し、振り返り、気づきを次に生かす学びの場を提供する授業です。英語を使用言語とする英語版のクラスも開講されています。

This lecture aims to foster the skills needed to identify business tasks and find solutions in order to highlight each student’s independent mind. Students will explore solutions to actual problems that companies face. Through group work, e.g., collecting data, having discussions, making reports, conducting self-observation, and evaluating others, students learn how to think, act, and reflect on themselves, and become capable of applying insights to their study and work. This lecture also offers classes taught in English.

企業が実際に取り組んでいる課題について、チームで取り組むことによりキャリアに対する意識を高める。また、取り組みを通し、大学における学びの必要性を認識することができる。

Students heighten their awareness of actual issues companies face and various career considerations by conducting group work. Through this program, students also reaffirm their awareness of the importance of a university education.
