弁護士とは異なる日本独自の市民に一番身近な法律家である司法書士が担う日常生活に関わる様々な法律実務の実践をとおして、法学部で学ぶ法律科目が、社会経済活動においてどのように適用され、紛争予防あるいは紛争解決に役立つかを学ぶことにより、法律科目の理解を深めます。

A Judicial Scrivener, which is different from a Lawyer, is a unique Japanese legal occupation that is most familiar to citizens. Through learning the various practices of a Judicial Scrivener that are related to our daily lives, students become aware of the benefits of studying legal subjects offered at the Faculty of Law. Students can deepen their understanding of legal studies by knowing how these studies are applied in socioeconomic activities and become an advantage to prevent or solve conflicts.

現実の法律実務の実践を学ぶことにより、民法（総則、物権法、債権法、親族・相続法）をはじめ会社法、民事訴訟法等の解釈適用を具体的にイメージできる。法曹はじめ実務法律家を目指す方に限らず、企業法務や、自治体法務等にもすべて共通する実社会での社会経済活動や企業活動や消費者活動における実務対応能力を身に付けることができる。
