「働くこと」について深く考え、視野を拡げることで、学生生活における目的を持った活動や行動のきっかけをつくることを目標としています。様々な分野（業界）で活躍をしている企業役員等を外部講師として招き、各業界の現状やこれまで仕事に携わってきた中で培ってきたことなどについて講義を行います。

This program encourages students to think deeply about the meaning of work and to broaden their horizons, thereby fostering strong goal-orientation in student life. Corporate executives and others active in a wide range of fields and industries serve as guest lecturers, speaking on the current status of various industries and the knowledge and experiences they have accumulated in their careers thus far.

企業の最前線を知り、講師の経験を聞くことにことにより、今後の自分のキャリアデザインにつなげることができる。

Students get to know the front-lines of companies today and the instructors' actual experiences, which will help students to design their own careers.
