グループワーク中心の随意科目として実施しており、キャリア形成に必要な「社会人基礎力（「前に踏み出す力（アクション）」・「考え抜く力（シンキング）」・「チームで働く力（チームワーク）」）の向上をはかるとともに、自らのコンピテンシーを発見することができる講義内容となっています。グループワーク等を通じて、学生生活において身につけておく重要な「コミュニケーション能力」・「プレゼンテーション能力」・「問題解決能力」などのコンピテンシーの向上を目指すとともに、自らが得意とする能力の存在に気づくことを目標としています。

This elective subject is focused on group work, and aims to polish the basic skills required for a successful career (Action, Thinking, and Teamwork) as well as enabling students to put their competencies to more effective use. Through group work, etc., students strenghten important competencies acquired during university, such as Communication Ability, Presentation Ability and Problem-Solving Ability, and gain an understanding of which competencies they particularly excel at.

キャリア形成に必要な「社会人基礎力」の向上を図るとともに、自らのコンピテンシーを発見することができる。学生生活において、身につけておく重要な「コミュニケーション能力」・「プレゼンテーション能力」・「問題解決能力」の向上を図り、自らが得意とする能力の存在に気付くことができる。

Students are able to improve basic skills required to succeed in the workforce and advance their careers, as well as to find their own competencies. They are also able to boost the important competencies of communication, presentation, and problem-solving areas, and identify the areas they excel.
