企業や行政機関において取り組む就業体験です。特に実習型においては、実際に職場で業務に携わり、現場の社員とともに仕事に従事することで、社会において必要な能力に気付くとともに、自分の能力を試すことができます。また、将来の職業選択を考えることができる良い機会にもなります。 A vocational experience program carried out at companies and public institutions. In the OJT (On-the-Job Training) segment of the program, participants engage in actual tasks in the workplace and work together with employees, obtaining insights into the skills that will be required in the working world and testing their own abilities. They also gain valuable opportunities to consider their own future careers. In collaboration with private companies, the Career Design Support Center Office is currently offering the Next Generation Leaders’ Program for first- and second-year students and the Kakehashi Program is offered to third- and fourth-year students. 目標水準の達成基準: 実際に職場で業務に携わり、現場の社員とともに仕事に従事することで、社会において必要な能力に気付くとともに、自分の能力を試すことができる。また、将来の職業選択を考えることができる。 By engaging in actual tasks in the workplace and working together with employees, students gain insights into skills required in the workforce and testing their own abilities.
