女性研究者・技術者育成のため、女子学生限定の会社の見学会を実施しています。女性研究者・技術者が実際に働く現場の雰囲気を感じ取り、懇談会での交流を通して、女子学生が女性研究者・技術者へのキャリアデザインを考える機会を提供しています。

Company tours for female students only are offered as a means of cultivating female researchers and engineers. Participants are able to see for themselves what currently active female researchers' and engineers' working environments are like, and by interacting with them at a roundtable conference, gain the opportunity to consider their own approaches to career design.

女性研究者・技術者のキャリアと男女共同参画の仕事の仕方について理解する。 自らのキャリアについて具体的にイメージし、日々の行動につなげていくことができる。

Participants gain an understanding of female researchers' and engineers' careers and the importance of women's participation in the labor force. They gain a concrete image of their future careers, and apply this image in their day-to-day actions.
