女性研究者・技術者育成のため、主に女性研究者・技術者を講師にお招きして、講演会（Meeting Girl's Future)を実施しています。講演者の女性ならではの実体験に触れることで、仕事をするということが具体的にイメージできます。

This lecture series, dubbed "Meeting Girls' Future," primarily features female researchers and engineers as guest lecturers, and is aimed at cultivating future female researchers and engineers. Participants gain a concrete image of work in these fields by hearing about the lecturers' actual experiences unique to female researchers and engineers.

女性研究者・技術者の研究開発への参画の仕方とキャリアについて理解する。 自らのキャリアについて具体的にイメージし、日々の行動につなげていくことができる。

Participants gain an understanding of female researchers' and engineers' careers and contributions to research and development. They gain a concrete image of their future careers, and apply this image in their day-to-day actions.
