女子学生がスタッフとして参加し、自身がロールモデルとして大学生活や研究の様子を女子中高生に紹介します。スタッフとしての活動を通してコミュニケーション力や組織的行動について学ぶことができます。

Female students participate as staff members, acting as role models for female junior high school students and showing them what university life, academics and research are like. By acting as staff, they build their communication skills and abilities to act as members of an organization.

WISEのイベント活動にスタッフとして参加し、積極的にやるべき仕事を見つける。 スタッフおよび参加者の話をよく聴き、正しく対応できる。

Students participate in WISE events as staff members and actively seek out work to perform. They listen carefully to what staff and participants have to say and respond appropriately.
