毎年4月と9月に新入生に対して行っているガイダンスです。学生に配布している「外国人留学生ガイドブック」を使用し、　在留資格・資格外活動許可申請についての説明、中央大学外国人留学生奨学金・学費減額制度等の説明を行うことで、学生生活における、特に留学生特有の情報収集の機会を提供しています。また、ガイダンス後には大学院生（在学生含む）に対して奨学金選考のための筆記試験を実施し、選考基準の基礎資料としています。

Guidance is offered every April and September for newly enrolled students. Using the International Student Guidebook distributed to students, explanations of visa status and applications for permission to conduct activities outside the scope of visa status are provided, along with useful information on the Chuo University scholarship and tuition reduction programs for international students and other information useful for student life, especially for international students. After the guidance, graduate students (including current students) will take a written test as a basic selection criteria of scholarship recipients.

ガイダンスに参加することで学生生活を送る上での知るべき情報や、留学生特有の手続きについての理解または、再認識をすることができる。

This guidance program gives students an opporunity to obtain useful information for campus life, and to understand or reaffirm various procedures particular to international students.
