キャリア教育科目として開講し、理工学部分野と関連する法律分野に広く関心のある学生であり、『技術と法』の履修条件としています。科目の目的や到達目標は以下の内容となっています。①知的財産やＩＴをめぐる様々な事案を題材にして、知的財産やＩＴ技術に関連する法制度の基礎を学ぶ。

②どのように法制度を学ぶのか、また、法制度の調査方法（リーガルリサーチの基礎を学ぶ。このことにより、なにか法的疑問を感じたときにも対応できる能力を育成する

As one of the Career Education Programs, this seminar is exclusively offered to students who are interested in both law and the fields of Science and Engineering. This seminar aims to teach: ① Basic legal understanding of intellectual property and IT technologies through case studies on intellectual property and IT related legal matters; and, ② Basic background of the legal system and legal research that will enable students to understand fundamental legal matters.

知的財産やＩＴをめぐる様々な事案を題材にして、知的財産やＩＴ技術に関連する法制度の基礎を学ぶ。

Students gain basic knowledge of legal systems in the field of intellectual property and IT technologies by examining a variety of intellectual property and IT-related issues.
