職業養成プロジェクト（教員） Vocational Training Project (Educators)

将来の職業選択の一つとして教職を考えている学生に向けたプロジェクトです。様々なガイダンスや勉強会等を展開しています。自ら主体的に参加し、計画的に取り組むことで、教職への理解を深め、知識の獲得だけではなく自己研鑽に励むことができ、そのプロセスを通じて教職免許状の取得及び教員への就業に向けた能力向上を図ることができます。

Project geared toward students who are considering teaching as a future career path. Comprehensive guidance and various study groups, etc. are available.Students can participate in a planned and proactive manner, deepening their understanding of teaching, and not only obtaining knowledge but also pursuing self-development, improving their skills in the process so as to prepare thoroughly for acquisition of teaching credentials and a career in education.
