This building offers a special environment to study for undergraduate students aspiring to be civil servants. In addition to studying here, they can make friends with other students with the same ambitions.

自らの課題を明確にし、自発的に解決することができる。また、公務員試験に向かって仲間と共に情報の共有など、切磋琢磨することができる。

Students are able to clarify the issues they need to address and resolve them independently. They also share information with others planning to take the civil service exam, and benefit from each other.
