国際社会における契約のグローバル・スタンダードたるアメリカ契約法及び最近注目される中国契約法を参照し、国際契約実務を理解する上での基礎力の養成を目的とし、到達目標とします。

With reference to the American Contract Law, which is the global standard for contracts in the international community, and the Chinese Contract Law, which has been attracting attention recently, the purpose is to develop the basic skills for understanding international contract practices, and this is the goal to be achieved.
